Shutter 100 F stop 2.8. And you should check out my GreenScreen tutorials. I'm sure you'd find them very insightful

@@PhilFlock Phil I was wondering if you know what is kind of chroma mat used to perform heavy movements such as dancing or other actions so that the green floor remains intact .
@@gamapoko Green paint would probably work best. Downsides are green walls and floor make it shiny so you get more spill on your Performer and it bounces more sound so voices get echoey

I would check the camera and render settings inside of blender. What you mean by image quality. Is it blurry, or pixelated or what's the problem exactly?
